KFC Bangladesh Spreads Eid Joy Among Underprivileged Children with ‘Eidi for Angels’

To share the joy of Eid with underprivileged children during the holy month of Ramadan, KFC Bangladesh organized a special initiative titled ‘Eidi for Angels’ at a KFC restaurant in Dhaka.

As part of the initiative, a group of underprivileged children were invited to a festive Iftar where they enjoyed KFC’s signature meals in a warmly decorated and cheerful environment. The event aimed to create a memorable experience for the children while celebrating the spirit of Ramadan and the upcoming Eid festival.

In addition to the Iftar, the children were provided with a variety of educational materials and toys, including books, notepads, pencils, color palettes, Rubik’s Cubes, Ludo sets, puzzles, carrom boards and chess sets. The initiative was designed to encourage learning and creativity while spreading happiness among the children.

Speaking about the initiative, Amit Dev Thapa, Chief Executive Officer of Transcom Foods Limited, said, “It brings us great joy to organize an Iftar and present gifts to underprivileged children through this ‘Eidi for Angels’ initiative. As part of our commitment to the community, KFC Bangladesh will continue to undertake such initiatives in the future.”

Transcom Foods Limited is the sole franchisee of KFC in Bangladesh and has been operating the brand since 2006 under a license from KFC International Holdings LLC, USA.
